  I really like it here it's clean the office staff and maintenance fellas are fantastic and does a great job in a timely manner and fast and friendly. Traci goes out of the way for the tentents here the swimming pool is very nice and the gym is nice and has AC I really like it here and I really hope I'll be able to continue to live here The apartments are very nice and roomie Great Job To Traci and her Fantisic Crew

  I lived there over a year ago and i will never rent from their company ever again. i have been renting for over 6 years and not once have i had a worse experience than they provided. They tried to charge me to fix the fridge when it was broken when we moved in. There were people still painting and patching carpet the day we moved in. And we gave them three months notice that we were coming. They then try to slap an eviction notice on the door and when i asked why they said "because we changed out your broken blinds." i said "ok, i'm more than willing to pay for that but where was my bill?" and she said "oh my god i really wish our tenants would start reading the things we put on the door, it said that we were coming to change out your blinds." i then said "yes, i just told you i understand that but i didn't get a bill and i didn't know when it was due or even how much to pay you." she kept getting huffy with me and i got really upset and started yelling at her because i couldn't believe the complete stupidity of a manager that was running this POS. Also after moving in about a month into it we got robbed and so did about three other people in the apartment complex and they didn't even try to look into it. They were horrible to work with from start to finish. The apartments are big but filthy and constantly falling apart. Oh and good luck getting maintenance to ever do anything and when they do they will try to charge you for the parts it cost to fix it. My advice. Run. stay far away!

  Very rude. She did my taxes last year and was super nice. This year not so much. I called to check on the taxes that were dropped off over two weeks ago and she said she hasn't touched them and if I'm in the big of a hurry that I can come pick them up and take them somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional every time I talk to the lady
